We take this mission and promise seriously, which is why we take care to protect the Quantum® trademark and Quantum Health® trademark and what they represent. We know our customers rely on our trademarks to find the products they trust, from Quantum Health Super Lysine Tablets  to Quantum Health Lip Clear to the next great line of products we’ll introduce. The Quantum® trademark and Quantum Health® trademark let you quickly identify our products and differentiate our products from those of our competitors, taking the guess work out of shopping for natural supplements and personal care products.

We frequently see competitors, in an effort to take advantage of our reputation for high-quality, science-based natural products, and the loyalty with which you have rewarded us, try to adopt the Quantum® and Quantum Health® trademarks for their own products. Imitators’ use of our Quantum® or Quantum Health® trademarks can create confusion among customers, and can destroy the trust we’ve worked hard to build in the Quantum® and Quantum Health® trademarks.

To help protect your trust in the Quantum® and Quantum Health® brands, these trademarks are protected by U.S. and Canadian trademark registrations, including U.S. Reg. No. 3,115,631; U.S. Reg. No. 3,115,882; U.S. Reg. No. 3,787,270; U.S. Reg. No. 4,252,442; U.S. Reg. No. 5,145,430; U.S. Reg. No. 5,018,447; U.S. Reg. No. 1,929,540; and U.S. Reg. No. 3,208,827; and Canadian Reg. No. TMA662087; Canadian Reg. No. TMA1088039; and Canadian Reg. No. TMA716670.

Third parties’ use of the Quantum and Quantum Health trademarks on supplements, Over-the-Counter (OTC) and personal care products is not the only use which risks confusion. Quantum Health also monitors and takes action against use of the Quantum and Quantum Health marks in connection with cosmetic products, food and beverage products, cannabis products, and other products related to Quantum Health’s offerings. Cosmetics, foods and beverages, cannabis, and other products are increasingly advertised as supplements or personal care products, leading to potential confusion between Quantum Health and third parties using Quantum or Quantum Health on these related products.

We take a proactive approach to ensuring that there is no confusion in the marketplace and that you can rely on the quality associated with our marks. Quantum Health takes confusion and potential confusion in the marketplace seriously and cannot tolerate adoption of marks which cause confusion in the marketplace.
