Lemon Balm - also known as Melissa officinalis, Lemon Balm has been traditionally used to promote relaxation.
L-Theanine - an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, particularly in green tea, it is known for its ability to promote relaxation.

What is melatonin, and how does it work?

Melatonin is a hormone that is primarily responsible for regulating the body's circadian rhythms, which are the natural cycles that control sleep-wake patterns. The production and release of melatonin are influenced by light exposure; its levels naturally increase in response to darkness, signaling the body that it is time to prepare for sleep, and decrease with exposure to light, signaling it is time to wake up.
